Australian media got the angries that a teacher - who was cleared by police of sexual abuse of a mentally ill (sound familiar) female student - isn't sacked on the spot years later at a different job in response to anonymous allegations.

Rape reporting done right: "The man, who cannot be named..." was found not guilty. Well done Queensland!

Australia's rape Kafka-trap confirmed: you can plead innocent, but dont dare suggest your accuser is lying. Man punished for defending accusations of sexual abuse - the final pillar of a fair trial has been abolished after standard of evidence, presumption of innocence and burden of proof have gone.

If a woman aborts a foetus she is gloriously exercising a human right. If a man (who is denied that right by law) asks her to do the same, he is a monster. Funny how it's a "baby" now not a foetus.

Wow. Australian study shows that "blind recruitment" exposes women as less competent than men. So what we really need is illegal anti-male discrimination!

Ah, that's another article by Nina Funnel.

She's a freelance journalist who only writes about rape and sexual harassment cases. I suspect she goes looking for stories that fit her world view and then pitches them to newspapers.

This is exactly her style: pile on the "all men are rapists" narrative and season it with lashings of misandry.

She recently wrote a story about how she was (supposedly) raped herself, 10 years ago. It seems like her freelance journalism work is how she's chosen to pursue revenge on the entire male gender.

Scarily though her and News Corp's feminist agitation machine in Australia "news.com.au" are trying to bring kangaroo rape courts to Australian universities.

I think they've proven to be such a farce in the U.S that they're unlikely to spread much in the next few years. I don't think any university would invite this kind of trouble upon themselves given the track record. As awful as these institutions can be, they still care about their own self preservation and handling criminal issues internally has created tens of millions in legal costs and payouts on both sides. You get sued by falsely accused men and any female student that feels their criminal complaint wasn't properly handled by a university.

kangaroo

I see what you did there.

If they are just accusations, them then should have no influence on his life or career elsewhere. If they were unproven accusations, sacking him could amount to discrimination and he should sue. If the accusation are proved, they he will have criminal record, and that is reasonable grounds to sack him, that is acceptable.

"I can't name him for legal reasons"... as in, I don't want to be sued for liable because he wasn't convicted of anything...

SMH.
