Does School of lifes "how to be a man" wants to reinforce BPness?

I like the youtube channel School Of Life but their new video How to be a man seems to me like an unaware stand against TRP principles.

It felt confused watching it because of the statement that the "cool man" is just an ideology as the "warm man". In my head, the "cool man" translates to TRP and the "warm" to BP. I do understand that a man is made. I think my BP-Self is talking now because the idea of the "warm man" seems more natural to me.

Any thoughts/ideas/interpretations on the video?

Tl;DW: Video makes a distinction between a "warm" and "cool" man. Gives the "cool man" RP attributes and the "warm man" BP attributes and favors the "warm man" over the "cool man" because he is more in sync with his flaws, experiences, and feelings.
