Unless I missed something in the article, this is not a men's rights issue. This belongs in /r/veterans. We have a great number of sisters in arms that have to deal with the same VA bullshit.

That's insane. I've been in a surgery theatre before and standards are extremely tight because of the high risk of infection. Operating rooms should be spotless and cleaned top to bottom multiple times a day.

I can honestly say that the VA has gone way down hill. I was in the hospital for a while trying to get my issues sorted out and it was basically a prison except in prison you have actual stuff you can do to keep yourself occupied. Workers are only there to talk to each other and watch TV. If you dare to ask them for something than prepare yourself for a nice snotty attitude.
