This is false. The risk of getting HPV before the age of 20 is very low. The vaccine will have worn off before the risk of infection becomes real.

Even if one does become infected there is an 90% chance the infection will be gone within 2 years with no treatment required. Those with persistent infections half of them turn into a slow acting treatable form of cancer.

For a province that apparently is having to implement what in some peoples opinion is an "austerity budget" this is money that could have been much better spent.
