So this girl, who was supposed to get married to some guy, has consensual sex with him prior to being wed. He breaks the engagement off and she wants to call it rape. This court takes into consideration the changing culture and tells her that she has to be accountable for her own actions. Now she is possibly shamed, or has a social stigma laid against her, for having pre-martial sex and feels like she deserves damages because she willingly engaged in consensual sex. Judge Judy will have fun with this lady.
