I've tried a few times to get my story posted, but can't seem to satisfy the requirements. The picture in this link http://imgur.com/gallery/ye90n?lr=1484482463 was taken by me in my office mirror the day after I was viciously attacked by my (now ex) girlfriend. My apologies for the picture quality. Taken with a phone in poor lighting. One of the mods stated that "those scratches could have come from anywhere". Let me assure you, my ex-girlfriend did this. I was trying to get away from the conflict by leaving the house. The scratches and bruises were the result of her trying to stop me from leaving. I'm putting this out there to try to increase everyone's awareness that women do physically abuse men. I'm hoping to hear from others on the forum that there are concrete steps being taken to fight the DV gender myth. Thanks.
