My friend called me a couple days ago hysterical. His wife had just left him. She has been riding the CC behind his back from what I can see. He has a kid with her, as well as a house. I told him to get a lawyer ASAP so he could serve her with papers before she could serve him. Is this good advice? What else could he do to come out of this a little better? What should he do to get custody of his kid?
