I'd say she was responding to a system that rewards this behavior, seeing as how nobody seemed to care about the innocent men she could have victimized.

Too bad she didn't jaywalk too since it would have resulted in more punishment.

I have thought of a way to test the percentage of rape claims that are lies.

Find the conviction to complaint ratio for white females and the ratio for black females seperately, for the last few years.

Also the raw numbers of claims and convictions for each.

I would suspect, without seeing the data, that more rape claims by black females are proven in court than claims by white females, because their is greater reward for white females that claim rape than black females. A black woman being raped rarely makes the news but even an unsourced claim of rape by a white woman has people in a frenzy.

Therefore if more rapes of black women than white women get actual convictions from a court that would prove that most rape claims are fabrications.

This has a great advantage that cases dismissed or unproven have no effect on the visible bias.
