Only because they know that this would end up in court and they would lose. The administration already called it out as inappropriate and pushing hate. If the threat of the law wasn't keeping them at bay they would remove and silence them.

Ridiculous.

They should've had a second sign handy. It would charge men $1.00 and the women 78 cents "to protest Wage Gaps" or whatever cocksuckery is in fashion. Then, when the SJWs turned their backs, that sign would get swapped with the Affirmative Action one.
