So basically, "hypersexual" men are perverted predators who need to be locked away for everyone's safety, and "hypersexual" women are victims in need of sympathy and support

If she's so sex-crazed that she can't control her urges around minors, all the more reason to throw away the key, right? That's what everyone would be saying if it were a man and a teen girl
