I believe that government budgets for domestic violence shelters should put 40% of their money towards domestic violence shelters for men (to correspond to men being 40% of the victims). I know that this is not currently the case, as the government puts no money towards shelters for men. There is maybe 1 male domestic violence shelter per country and male victims are often ignored.
