That's correlation, not causation. Science, true science, should reveal the truth. The truth is neither bigoted nor biased, it just is.

Honestly, I think there is a correlation, but I think the causation is something else:

People with autism genes tend to have children later in life.

It's not much anti-male but a "feature" of biology. The reason why we show signs of aging is due to damage to the DNA through repeated replications (errors and what not), so the same happens to sperm; as the testicles age the overall quality of sperm decreases.
