Note that this was actually the second time this woman made a false sexual assault claim: In 2009 she was convicted of making a false claim to police, saying she had been sexually assaulted when she later admitted she wasn't. Clearly, the sentence in that case (four months of electronic monitoring) wasn't enough to make her realize the gravity of a false claim. We need harsher sentences for people who make false accusations.

They should have thrown her fucking ass in jail. In the US the girl would have had her father in prison.
