back in the day during school, it was easy to meet girls as there was many social events and situation which encouraged this.

now im the work force, i've maintained my body and looks ect so i get girls looking at me on the bus ect just i dont act on it. From what i understand girls tend to wait for men to come up to them so by staring at you having eye contact is there way of communicating they want you to talk to them.

do you just ignore them or make a move?
