That social worker was the last advocate for the poor boy. She could have saved him . She failed and failed big.

The hearing was told how Liam's mother, referred to as RT at the hearing, had fled an abusive relationship in Newcastle to settle with Nyomi Fee in Thornton, Fife.

Knowing the statistics on domestic violence, and the terrible behavior of these people, I don't think the whole story is being presented.
