The policy at Kasey’s, Ms. Lieberman said, violates New York State’s Human Rights Law. The law she cited, Executive Law 296, prohibits the owner of “any place of public accommodation, resort or amusement” from denying anyone entry “because of the race, creed, color, national origin, sexual orientation, military status, sex, or disability or marital status of any person.”

The law that prohibits places of public accommodation, such as hotels and restaurants, from discriminating based on gender is the same one that prohibits discrimination based on race, she said.

oh man. imagine if the rule was 25 or UNDER for women. they would cry a fucking river. all the women crying in that article are young women under 25 who want in on the older mature guys and women over 30 who know they're shit next to younger women. the fact that the owner set it at 25 is already due to fear of feminist backlash. he should've set it at 22. 22-24 is ripe marriage age. over 24 and they've written the cock carousel for too long. their looks are already deteriorating by 24. 28 is like the last stop before desperation land.
