For non-germans: A police officer wanted to give a woman a ticket, because she was on an one way street in the wrong direction. The officer was on a motorcycle. He offered her to pay the 20€, but she refused. After giving her the ticket, he was on his bike ready to drive off. She came screaming behind him and grabbed his shoulder. Because he was afraid to fall off his bike with his bike falling on him, he defended himself with one single punch with his backhand toward her head. Her nose broke, she went to court and lost, because it was clearly self-defense.
