Long story short, I found out the girl i was obsessively in love with for 13 years has moved in with another dude. It didn't make me depressed or anything and I decided to move on. Still it's hard cause she's all I've been thinking about for so long. Never had a real girlfriend before and I am a virgin (only a short 2 week hold hands type of relationship when I was young). I would probably not be here if I wasn't obsessing about this girl for so long. I basically fucked myself over by developing an obsession for her.

I only have one close male friend and no female friends. I am lonely. I need to stop thinking about this girl but she keeps popping into my head. When I wake up I think about her being with that dude, waking up in his arms, etc. It sucks.

I made a profile on tinder and I am browsing girls there. It feels nice, even if I don't plan to talk to any yet (first I need to get my shit together, lose weight, get ripped, fix my social awkwardness, etc).

My main problem now is feeling lonely. There are days in which I barely talk to anyone except people at work, people at the stores and stuff like that. I sometimes meet with my only buddy, but that's all.

Finding about her living with that other dude made me feel inadequate and unhappy with who I am.
