Men not marrying? How deep does "the problem" go?

I went thru a difficult divorce and I can't see at all my kids even if I paid a huge kid support. Seeing that the justice system treating men as criminal for loving and caring, nobody can blame them to not wanting to marry anymore.

It's actually a good thing to not marry. Problem has been solved.

I don't get it, why would I marry? I am not even certain what the pros are, I can't begin to see how that could out with the cons.

Group Marriage.

Slightly on/off topic here, but Robert Heinlein covers the issue of Marital Evolution in many of his books. In them, marriage is a social and financial contract taken on by a group of people, as opposed to just 2 people. Think of it as a small business, with a mandatory pre-nuptial regarding the sharing of time, energy and resources. A great critique below, not directly related to marriage, but for the need to belong, is here.
