I think I commented on this one already, but it's fair to say it again. The husband knew this woman was crazy, HE KNEW. He should have not had any weapons in the house. This is a huge failure in mental disorder care.

You know with a woman as described as she has by him, she was on meds and should not have been allowed access. This is a HUGE failure on her husbands behalf as the SANE caretaker of a clearly crazy person.

If you take on the role as spouse of a crazy person, you are obligated to their mental disorder until you get the proper care to be able to walk away, and if kids are in the picture, you can't ever walk away.

At least in this case, only two people died and not a mall full.
