Are there any events happening in memphis? I would really like to be involved in something, rather then being the usual coffee shop activist.

You could always print out a poster sign and stand around a busy area for a while informing people. I might suggest anti circumcision.

Why not get started yourself? You can make a usable sign for $10-20 if you don't have any materials. Make sure to contact your local sheriff's office to get a demonstration permit.
