Very often when I search through reddit or the web in general, I come across articles, blog postings or news items which have a very vile misandric flavour to them. The ones that get me the most upset are those articles or postings written by "Feminists" which are very biggoted and which are highly dismissive of the issues faced by men. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

Lately I find myself getting very frustrated and angry after reading these articles and postings. The anger and frustration can last for hours. In addition to totally bumming me out, the anger and frustration has a very bad effect on me personally. It makes me irritable, it makes me less productive and it can even effect my sleep. In short, it's decreasing the quality of my life.

I have a variety of issues I'm trying to deal with. No doubt those issues are contributing to my anger and frustration - but reading these articles and postings greatly exacerbates the problem.

How men are treated in our society is a subject which is near and dear to my heart, so I don't want to stop being informed. I wish I could find the inner grace which would allow me to not feel anger and frustration when I read this bigotry. I wish it could roll off me like water off a duck's back.

I was wondering if anyone else has ever dealt with this problem. Besides the usual (exercise and therapy) what would you gentlemen suggest to dispel or prevent these feelings.
