It is absolutely staggering that this case was brought in the first place and clearly politically motivated. The guy has been a victim of false rape allegations AND had to gather all the evidence himself to bring a case against his false accuser. He then tried to counter this libellous narrative through legal action and actually putting the truth on his website and the rad fem Director of Public Prosecutions Alison Saunders then blatantly harasses him herself with this bogus harassment charge, just becasue he dared to stand up for the truth. A complete waste of money and it will be brilliant to see his forthcoming libel action for which there is already a court date.

Anyway, Mr De Freitas demanded an enquiry as to why his false rape accuser daughter was on trial for making false rape allegations. The real enquiry needed concerns why the CPS brought harassment charges against a victim of false rape allegations who was simply trying to clear his name against as mass campaign of repeated libellous smears.
