Ill give you the shortest version possible. Living with parents and trying to do monk mode. It was going FANTASTICALLY and I was talking to people at the gym and making gains and passing shit tests from people at work. Then two things happen within the span of a week that fucked me up.

First, I find out that my parents search my room and have been reading my journal, which has everything in it. Basically using my newfound social awareness I'm able to find out that they've been doing it this whole time. And, since knowledge is power, they use it against me. Powertalk. They start making fun of me nonstop passively... Fucking ruined my confidence.

Next I went on vacation with my family, did my thing, started passing shit tests. My cousin, who is the clear alpha of the group, starts to get jealous and threatened. (Honestly think he browses here. He's got a lot of the boxes checked). Steals money out of my wallet as a big ole "fuck you."

Since then my confidence is gone. I can't journal anymore (which was KEY to the rise in my confidence and self esteem). I still lift and diet but stopped almost all of my other monk mode activities and slipped back into depression.

I know I'm cutting those fuckers off when I can but I have quite a bit more college and then law school. Thoughts on how to handle this for now?
