What kind of Feminist trends would the Clinton administration strengthen? (Even more lenient punishments for female criminals? Restrictions for men on campuses? Helping girls in schools while ignoring boys? Helping women in STEM but not men where they are in minority? Support for rape hysteria?)

Hillary only panders to women. One of her first cases as a lawyer was to defend a man who raped a 12 year old so badly she was in a coma for 5 days. The man faced 40 years. Hillary got him a plea deal for a year. She's not a feminist except when it will win her votes.

I don't think Hillary will focus on women's issues because she already has that vote.

All of those you have listed. She has already spoke on some capacity about all of those being things that she would do, albeit in a way to frame women as victims.
