So she accepted a caution and then realised it showed up where others could see it (maybe her husband).... so Chango Presto she claims she is a victim and a cloud of legal anonymity descends.

I'd be interested in seeing the case go to court so she gets the opportunity to commit Perjury and Contempt of Court.

The female QC is just manipulating the system — a false rape accusation in order to wriggle-out of her caution. Disgusting.

Still, it's a female judge who has no problem seeing right through the chicanery of another female: "District Judge Louise Balmain ordered the case to be listed for a hearing on May 4. She refused to consider making an anonymity order in respect of the woman in relation to the outraging public decency offence."

Which means if someone sniffs around a bit, you can find out the name of the female QC.

In the UK you can state her name in relation to the outraging public decency offence; but not the false rape allegation. Outside the UK you can do as you wish...
