Not a good example of a guy being victimized by family courts. He actively denied paternity, even in the face of DNA evidence, and chose not to be involved in his daughter's life in the beginning. I don't know what his reasons were, but I see no evidence that he was forced out of his daughter's life, leastwise by a court.

Might be a shock to some, but a lot has been written and said about how much of a narcissistic asshole Steve Jobs was, completely apart from his marital issues. I'm sure not all of it is true, but I'm confident not all of it is false either. It seems entirely plausible to me that he was just a rather sad example of a deadbeat dad.
