In this day and age, if a woman will tell her friends and the world but not the police that she was raped, it indicates it probably didn't happen.

Judging from what is implied by earlier links to this page, it seems to promote doxxing of individuals, and making accusations outside of the justice system. The doxxing should be enough to get it banned on its own.
