Important and interesting points I took from this:

Sexual harassment is not illegal in Germany - mostly because codifying it into law such that it has a clear definition is nearly impossible.
Law enforcement believes that around 50% of rape cases are false. But that doesn't mean they're lies. It could be because the accuser erroneously classifies it as rape (such as not feeling like it but going ahead and later thinking he should have realized) but often it is out of malice.
The case of Kachelmann (a celebrity) demonstrates that the accusation alone results in punishment. Even though he got a clear not guilty verdict, most people one asks, believe that "there must have been something to it".
He personally avoids all one-night stands because it's too risky
