Yep. I especially like the "Oh, don't commit so many crimes then!" when the justice system has been very well-documented to by systematically biased against men, and a large portion of America's HUGE prison population is men in prison for nonviolent offenses such as drug possession.

Of course, a disproportionate number of those man are black and Hispanic. So, why don't we change "men" for "blacks" to demonstrate some double standards:

One obvious bit of advice to blacks here is: Don't commit so many crimes! White people seem to be able to get by with a lot less lawbreaking. For whatever it's worth, white people also seem a lot less likely to send insulting, expletive-laden e-mails to economics columnists whose work they deem unsatisfactory.

I can't imagine a self-proclaimed progressive saying something like that in a million years.
