Companies and people who actually know about businesses don't think in terms of gender, they think in terms of productivity.

Now you've mentioned this actually I woudln't be surprised if some companies would use the feminists to get rid of any incompetent employees they have or at least get them out of the way so that they don't have to deal with them as much. So it'll be all "Yeah, okay, you go ahead and take 6 months off because of gender equality" then they'll slip in someone else who works better and have them phased out.
