As I'm sure you are already aware, ManKind Initiative are struggling to stay open and continue providing their valuable service to male victims of domestic violence.
As a male survivor who understands how important this service is I have teamed up with fellow streamer and BBC Tech Journalist Kate Russell to do a 12 hour charity stream this Sunday, March 13th, to raise money and keep them going for as long as we can. As well as games we will have interviews with survivors and the people behind the charity and will be screening informational videos too.
We are working with ManKind to also allow people who may not have money, but are willing to donate skills and time to the charity to do this also. They are looking for help with graphic design, web design etc as well as people who are willing to give their time to man the phone line which is usually a victims first port of call.
We have chosen to use the BT Donate service as it will ensure that 100% of all donations go to the charity, and also allows UK residents who pay tax to use gift aid to increase their donations.

From 10 am GMT - 10 pm GMT on the day you will be able to watch the stream from both points of view via http://kadgar.net/live/kateclick/mahddogg
Thanks for taking the time to read this and we hope to see you there!
Many Thanks

---Update---
Thank you to everyone involved in promoting, watching and donating to todays event. You raised £3,129.91 with Gift Aid for ManKind Initiative. We heard from male abuse survivors, academics and Mark Brooks, the chairman of this very important charity.
Kate and I had a great time, we laughed, cried and were in awe of the amazing people we've met today.
