We've established this: free speech is protected....calls to action are not.

If I say "I hate all purple people" that is free speech. If I say "That purple person is a murderer, go beat the crap out of him" and someone actually does, I can be held liable.

That is comparable to what this girl did, and she is now facing the consequences.

My thing is, if people can plea insanity after committing murder, then that sets the precedent that they did not have the mental capacity to control themselves. So, given that, the kid that was depressed and committed suicide should be considered in the same light...meaning he did not have the mental capacity to make rational decisions and was easily influenced. What I am getting at, is that this evil cunt with the planet-size forehead should be charged with murder and not manslaughter. She took advantage of a clinically depressed individual and methodically convinced him he needed to die. He did not have the mental capacity to care for himself and she took advantage of that. In my honest humble opinion that is murder and nothing less. First degree because she thought about it and had conversations with him about it...she made damn sure he was going to commit suicide.
I admire families who have the self reservation to let the law do its job. I really do. Because if this was my child, the second I find out she did this I would hunt her down. She would feel pain. I know that sounds sick to say, but fuck her.

Regardless this bitch is messed up in the head to convince someone with depression to kill themselves. At least in this day and age if an employer ever looks her name up she'll be linked to this.

I was kind of thinking of siding with her till I read the article. If it was a simple go kill yourself. Or I would be glad if you're dead would be horrible and a shifty person but not unheard of. But sounds like she gave him step by step instructions.
