As long as it's not extra time off for having a vagina, but specific flexible scheduling, I'd be ok with it (as long as the company does the same for any person with medical issues). But it's funny to see that applauded after women spent decades telling everyone their periods did not interfere with their job performance.

Not sure this is technically pusspass material. Maybe they just couldn't stand working with bitches on the blob.

Honestly though, why not. If they can still manage the same work output as their colleagues who don't have days off whilst on their period, it's fits with the business culture and the business isn't affected by it I say crack on. Try telling my senior managers I'm not at a meeting because of something like this and I think if find progression in my job very difficult.
