Would you intervene if you saw a woman attacking a man?

I think people would intervene if they thought the man was incapable of defending himself - someone much smaller, much older or younger, handicapped, etc.

It's a very difficult situation to be in. If you hold back her arms, push her away, try to restrain her or... gasp... even hit her back, the flood of white knights will rush in and the police/courts will almost always assume you were the aggressor.

I want to say yes, but I've learned that no matter who the aggressor is, stepping in to an IPV (interpersonal violence) situation is a good way to get your ass beaten. So, I'd most likely call the police and report an altercation. I'd stand at a distance and video record it, approaching the officers with it after everyone is calmed. I'd definitely be adamant that HE was not the aggressor, though, since I know that is commonly overlooked. If it were in a state where I can have my firearms, I'd keep her at bay until police and EMS arrive

Yes, but I would keep my head on the swivel for White Knights and Nice Guys. Because if you do something that doesn't side with a female, you will have them looking to sucker punch you or claim you started the whole thing

Not in the past but I would now. We have to stand together and help each other, to send the message and let it be known culturally that it is not acceptable and men will no longer be punch bags to women's emotional rages anymore. Men count. Men matter. Just be sure you put your camera on record when you intervene to prevent the women making any lies up about you too.
