His idea that discriminating against gender to create "equality" is such backwards regressive leftist horseshoe speak.

The best politicians pick their surrounding cast based on qualifications, not the presence of a penis or vagina or some other identity politics issue.

This all being said, I agree with him on some policy. I'm not going to vilify him because he isn't a villain. He just holds some regressive pandering ideas that the reasonable humans of the world need to keep pointing out are regressive and hollow.
