So I've had a good amount of experience smashing the HB 5-6s. I'm ready to move up the ladder. I've got a date with an HB 7 tomorrow.

But is it all the same process? If I know how to get a HB 5, can I use the same tactics on a HB 7+? All I did was have a strong frame, built comfort and sexual attraction, and I isolated and escalated.

I know I should expect more shit tests. But are there any special tactics that I should know or am I set with the same strategy?
