Absolutely. Even after VA Choice passed, based on multiple news reports, the VA appeared to systematically and illegally undermine Veteran's civil rights to health care under the law, later scoring a claw back of several billion dollars from Congress based on the claims that veterans didn't use it.

We are making a difference though!

The members of #VAIsLying on Facebook and twitter are part of several action opportunities pressuring VA to end its organized crime against veterans, and VA changed their tune on VA Choice, later claiming they suddenly were still implementing the program, which I feel is inconsistent with the stance they took before Congress when getting money out of the program and into their own pockets, and are now offering it to more veterans.
