Do classrooms need diversity enough to defend male teachers when they are falsely accused of rape or harassment? Call me when they do.

I like in Austin Texas, I am currently a substitute teacher. There are quite a few male teachers on each campus I have worked on and they are very well respected and loved by the students, and being male myself, the students (even in schools with low economic areas and bad behavior) tend to listen and respect me faster than a female sub of the same age (I'm 24). I'm also pretty sure most of us here can say one of their favorite teachers growing up was probably a guy if you were lucky to have one; based on my own small experience, students respond better to either male teachers or older women (40+). I could go into more details as to why, but it would be a mute point; we need more male teachers; for the sake of society.
