I'm not sure where to even start. I have been in a custody battle for about 3 years and I just found out my sons mother has accused me of sexually abusing him and abusing her. A dcyf investigation has been opened and a temporary restraining order is now in place. I can't see my son at all. My lawyer is trying to get the exact accusations and filing motions to refute. I don't know what else to do. What else can I do?
