Woman shaves her 7-year-old child's head and fraudulently claims the child has terminal cancer, this way she scams a lot of people. Do you think she will get any sentence?

Allegedly convinced the girl that she had cancer which I'm pretty sure should be child abuse added to the charges.

Garcia was booked into the Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center on a felony charge of exploitation of a child. She was ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

I wonder if fraud should be added too.

When the sentence comes in low for fraud sentences, then this will be an issue here. Until then, it isn't anything worthy of note. Women behave badly all the time - the only relevance to this sub is when that bad behaviour is treated differently than men's.
