The worst part is she thought she could get a man and his family killed, and frame the man for the murders, for $3000. Lady, if you could get that for $3000, then everyone would do it.

Not only wanted to kill someone, but also their entire family - and also wanted to make it a framing job pinning the murders on the primary victim.

This seems more like a tale about a mentally ill person that the government won't incarcerate because our society doesn't like to do that anymore.
