Something like this happened in my town last summer. The girl was on snap chat, hit a vehicle head on going 65mph killed 2 passengers from the other car seriously injured the third, her passenger was also seriously injured as was she. All happened a month before high-school graduation. She has still not been charged.

Yeah and the fact she just chose to drive through a red light should be taken into consideration during the trial.

within a month of getting her license my niece ran into a telephone pole at 25mph while texting...insane. To be fair I totalled a car speeding on highway 17 going to santa cruz in the rain and almost killed myself and my friend. Boys speed while girls act like aren't driving while driving i guess?
