one of the greatest tools for dropping skanks is the right roundhouse. if you are a thai boxer or equivalent even a mild low roundhouse to her upper thigh will put her on the ground, and can be done repeatedly.

probably safer for you legally to do this than strikes to the head. and if you are powerful enough you can still break her leg but claim it must have been the result of her "fall" since kicking someones leg seems less dramatic than punching them in the head, but anyone who has actually been properly kicked (thai style) in the leg knows how painful and disabling it is
