The Confederate articles are no longer law and were replaced by the constitution...and screaming rape was just the lowest thing she could have done. This cop was incredibly patient and collected. I hope he charges her with that false rape accusation and submitted that video as evidence.

That said, it is easy to dismiss the "sovereign citizen" people, but some of them are willing to fight and die dor those beliefs. There are incidents of them shooting and killing innocent people including police officers on traffic stops.
