I can argue that you picked the proper subreddit. I can also argue that this could go in /r/fatlogic.

The top comment on the page linked said it best, "if she can fit in a car, she can fit in a jail cell." But, I have another view. It's really fucked up, but it's possible this disgusting murderer may wind up have a longer, better quality, life.

The pussy pass is I think that, while many of us found her disgusting even before she killed a man, there's still going to be some kind of lingering sympathy there for her which wouldn't be there for a man of her size.

This defense really pisses me off. As someone who deals with certain mental/emotional issues, no way could I commit vehicular homicide, then attempt to stay out of prison by claiming I'm not strong enough, emotionally, to handle a prison sentence. That's just bullshit.

If her sentence is 30 months, let's say she serves 22 months of it. Potentially, while serving her sentence, she could lose a fuck ton of weight. The way she looks now, she probably wouldn't be around very long. Maybe she wouldn't even live past the duration of her sentence. It's also possible she would encounter major health problems but remain alive because of modern science. The money to pay for all her doctor and hospital visits, medicine, equipment, etc., would come from Joe and Jan Tax Payer.

If, and this is an If as big as her, she were to somehow lose weight and come out of jail with a better mindset, one that makes her appreciate life, there's a chance a lot of people end up winning. Well, everyone but the man who was killed and his family.

When my exwife went to prison, she came out big as a house. I'm sure the opiates she was abusing before she went in was what kept her stripper thin, but the point is there were some big girls in that prison when I went to visit her. This ...lady could handle it.
