One thing this article did not mention is that they did no drug & alcohol screening on this woman after the accident that killed a 21 year old college student and crippled her boyfriend -- Despite the fact that she was illegally in possession of Lorazepam (Ativan) at the time of the accident.

Well, assuming she wasn't drinking or on any other drugs (and there is no evidence that she was) then I would hardly call this murder. And frankly I don't think putting someone in prison for an accident is productive.
