I'm not familiar with Apache's. Must be a European chain? It reminds me of Little Caesars here in America. Both in the coloring/style of signage and pizza boxes and apparently the caliber of customer.

I'm skeptical about this for a few reasons:

The fight took forever to "warm up" there was a solid 12 seconds of limp-wristed shoving before anyone even got shoved into a table and some poor punches thrown. When you're fighting a person for real you don't do that - you're just showing your hand. All the comments on the Worldstar site are all variations of "Damn! English n1gg4s can't fight for shit!!!"
What woman thinks its a good idea to get anywhere near six grown men having a clusterfuck wrestling match in an enclosed space?
She fell pretty slow and her fall was obscured by the "fight", but its didn't look like the fall was particularly hard to me. At the 1:23 mark you can actually see her sitting up with her arms being held by the dude in the maroon shirt with the olive jacket draped over his arm. After the fall but right before the "unconscious" routine. Obviously, there was some element of acting to that. (But thanks for the upskirt! Cute skirt/panty/sock combo for sure! ;P)
Why is the Shawn of the dead dude yelling at the middle aged woman checking "his woman's" pulse? Misplaced anger for sure. (Is it just me or does the woman do a stealth "cheek caress" to the younger woman as she does this? Creepy.)
While I admire the SotD dude for attempting to defend "his woman", he did a total shite job. He saw that altercation brewing from a mile away. Right at the 0:40 second mark he should have ditched his place in line, grabbed his girl and walked out if he was so concerned for her safety. Instead, he's trying to keep his buddy Mackelmore from getting in a fight. He's a grown-ass man dude. He can make his own choices. Its funny that this same guy is later fighting Macklemore in the street because he let his own girlfriend wander into the fight that Macklemore took part in starting.

Amusing but probably fabricated to some degree.

OP, you're an idiot. A number of people, including the girl, were trying to get between them and stop the fight/defuse the situation. She obviously wasn't joining in the fight. Given everyone was trying to stop the fight, I'd say they already cared. Someone said call an ambulance after she got knocked out, which is basic common sense. Getting knocked out is serious business, and often causes brain damage. Not to mention given that they aren't trained and it was a new situation, it could have potentially been much worse as well, such as a broken neck.
