They made their accusations, they didn't get charged.

IIRC what did happen is before the law suit began they settled out of court and nothing else happened.

As a cab driver this shit scares the hell out of me. And it does happen. Thank god for in cab cameras and being able to call dispatch on the CB. Thankfullly the last time something like this happened I had 911 on the phone and a female witness walk up. My customer was a runner I caught her hiding under a parked truck. grabbed her by the back of her hoodie. <along with a hand full of hair>. She started screaming for help and yelling rape. Call 911 Asap. Told the dispatcher what was going on who I was and to plz stay on the line with me. The recording was great, shes yelling rape that I was assaulting her, I calmly ask, how since I was holding the phone and talking to 911 and holding onto her with the other hand. Also a lady came running down the street to see what was going on. So I was lucky to have her as well as a witness.
