this case is really sad and disgusting. these people will never be rehabilitated. they are clearly mentally retarded/insane. not only is it a waste of time and money to lock them up in high security facilities, but it is detrimental for people who actually do have a chance at rehabilitation to be in close confinement with retarded insane people.

It's particularly galling that the mother only received 90 days, especially since she's it seems likely to me that she will continue to have children.
